    2017

    Blanche Davis Moore Foundation – $3,200.00 in funding for Farm to Fork and Summer Camp programming in conjunction with Youth Odyssey

    Seed Money – A total of $1,355.45 for improvements to the food forest at The Learning Garden at Tom Graham Park. $400 is a matching grant from seedmoney.org, and the rest is from our community members support on crowd funding! Thank you so much to everyone who chipped in for this garden upgrade!

    Territorial Seed Company – In-Kind Donation providing a wide variety of seeds for fall, winter and spring planting during Learning Garden programming.

    Coastal Bend Community Foundation: $3,000 – Special Events programming at The Downtown Farmers Market featuring children’s fruit & veggie vouchers, seasonal recipe cards and more!

    HEB: $3,500 – Funding our Oak Park After-school programming for one year of free gardening and cooking education for children aged 6-16.

    Union Pacific: $5,500 – Funding our Spring and Summer 2017 Planting Program

    South Texas Electric Cooperative: $500 – Community support for Grow Local South Texas

    Native Plant Society of Texas: $300 – Funding for native Texas plants in a Monarch Waystation at The Learning Garden

    2016

    Seeds of Change Grant: $10,000 – Installation of a shaded harvest area and rainwater catch system

    Coastal Bend Community Foundation: $2,500 – Support for the Downtown Farmers’ Market

    HEB: $5,000 – Funding our Oak Park Afterschool Garden Club
