Every year we partner with local farms and producers for this special, one-night-only menu designed to support our efforts to expand the availability of fresh, local and sustainably-grown food in South Texas. This event is one of a kind in South Texas.

The GROW Local South Texas’ Farm to Table Dinner is an annual culinary highlight where careful attention is given to finding the best, freshest and most locally-available ingredients to create a meal grown or produced within 200 miles of Corpus Christi.

From shrimp harvested just offshore to olive oil pressed from olives grown just north of Corpus Christi to locally-ground chorizo to locally crafted brews and wine, every bite of food has a story: the farmer that picks the lettuce, the butcher that prepares the pancetta, the baker that bakes the bread. They love their work and you get to love the product. Over 30 food producers and 6 chefs…all for you to enjoy this one-of-a-kind delicious local meal.

All proceeds benefit GROW Local South Texas’ programs including The Corpus Christi Downtown Farmers’ Market, The Learning Garden, BAWKtoberfest, After School Garden Club, The Farmers’ Market Share Program and more. Limited seating available.
