    The Learning Garden

    This week GROW Local South Texas is bringing you fresh radishes(Red Globe AND English Breakfast), kale, Longevity Spinach, Moringa, fennel frond, Jalapeno peppers, Aurora/Firecracker peppers, Lemon Drop peppers, Neapolitan peppers, small green bells, eggplants, cucumbers AND maybe some Meyers Lemons. Don’t forget about our wonderful selection of herbs! We will have Thai, lemon AND sweet basil. Also, garlic chives, rosemary, oregano (Mexican too), parsley and lemongrass. If you’re a chef, call the Learning Garden to reserve your own batch of produce and herbs in advance for pick up at the Market!

    Terra Madre Mini Farm

    Okra, zucchini, Tatuma and yellow squash, yard eggs, local honey and bee pollen.

    Oso Bay Farm

    Oso Bay Farm will have lots of zinnia bouquets. I will have special bouquets to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau release date which of course is the third Thursday of November. I hope the colors of these bouquets complement the color of the vin de primeur.

    From the garden we will have eggplant, grapefruit, cherry tomatoes, radish, carrots, hot peppers and any other produce ready for harvest. Shrubar Cottage bringing delicious homemade jams & jellies, so be sure to stop by & see us, we are taking a family vacation and will return for the December 6th Market.
