    THE LEARNING GARDEN

    This week GROW Local South Texas is bringing you Romanesco broccoli (what’s that? Stop by and see the wonders of nature!) fresh carrots, arugula, kale, collard greens, cabbage, broccoli, lettuce, green onions AND maybe some Mexican limes and brussels sprouts. Don’t forget about our wonderful selection of herbs! CILANTRO, thyme, garlic chives, rosemary, oregano (Mexican too), marjoram and parsley. If you’re a chef, call the Learning Garden to reserve your own batch of produce and herbs in advance for pick up at the Market! 855-476-9789 x 105

    TERRA MADRE MINI FARM

    Beets, turnips, carrots, spinach, romaine lettuce, salad mix (kale, lettuce, spinach, Asian greens), local honey and bee pollen!

    OSO BAY FARM

    Oso Bay Farm will be at the market with as many bouquets as possible. Anemone of various colors will make their first appearance in bouquets this week in addition to golden dill.  All flowers are harvested Wednesday morning so I don’t  know exactly what will be ready for the bouquets.

    From the Garden

    From the Garden will be there with veggies and a huge variety of baked goods, jams and jellies!

    P2 Organics

    Returning this week with onions, beets, carrots, spinach, cilantro, sugar snap peas, dried fruit, pickles and PLANTS!

    Xochicalli Gardens

    Will have mustard greens, kale, cilantro, and maybe some carrots , radish & sour oranges.

    We will be there all cuts of beef AND chicken in addition to any fresh produce we have. Ask about our BEEF JERKY!

Remember to return your bottles for good recycling karma and .75 per bottle savings. Chimcha kimchi is excited to be bringing locally farmed probiotic pickles every week!
